RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Fiber Hustle product, but we get that sometimes it doesn't work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by mail within 30 days for a refund in your original form of payment.

Important: Made-to-Order Items

T-shirts and apparel are custom printed specifically for your order and are non-returnable and non-refundable except for:

  • Product defects or manufacturing errors
  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Damaged item received

Made-to-order items are NOT eligible for return if you ordered the wrong size or color, changed your mind, or prefer a different style. All custom printed products are final sale unless defective.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be unused and include all tags, parts and accessories.

To start a return, you must initiate a return request before sending any items back. This will help avoid issues concerning your return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refused Deliveries on International Sales

If a shipment is refused for any reason on international sales, customer is responsible for all fees incurred by Fiber Hustle, including: Original shipping, Return Shipping, Payment Processing Fees, any additional import/export duties incurred to get the package back to the seller. These amounts will be deducted before refund is completed.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Defects & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item. We're happy to evaluate the issue and aim to make it right.

For made-to-order items, you must report defects within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence.

Missing/Stolen or Damaged Packages

Fiber Hustle is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We will do our best to help resolve the issue, however the responsibility in these circumstances ultimately falls on the shipping carrier, and we are unfortunately unable to replace lost or missing packages.

The respective fulfillment third party carrier, such as USPS, must be contacted for further resolution. If a package is missing but logged as delivered, or if your order has been shipped by us, but has been lost or stolen while in transit to you, please go to the USPS website to search with the USPS to retrieve your goods or to file a claim to obtain a refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used or custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, or made-to-order apparel). Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on clearance items or purchases of gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
