Processing Times

• In-stock items (yarn, fiber, accessories): Processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase.
• Made-to-order apparel (t-shirts, apparel): 2–5 business days production + 4–10 business days shipping (total 6–15 business days).
• Made-to-order handcrafted items (custom bags and other custom Fiber Hustle products): Up to 60 days production + 4–10 business days shipping (total up to 64–70 business days).
  

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT are considered received the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Locations

Fiber Hustle ships to many countries worldwide. In-stock items and handcrafted made-to-order items ship from our shop in Bellevue, Washington, USA via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Made-to-order apparel items are custom printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Made-to-order handcrafted items (custom bags and other custom Fiber Hustle products)

• Handcrafted in-house by Fiber Hustle
• Have separate shipping costs calculated at checkout
• Ship separately from in-stock Fiber Hustle products
• Orders containing both in-stock and made-to-order handcrafted items will be shipped in separate packages as each becomes available.
• Are final sale and non-returnable except in the event of a manufacturing defect

Delivery Times

Actual delivery timing depends on the shipping speed selected at checkout, your location, and carrier conditions. Once an order is handed to the carrier, Fiber Hustle is not responsible for shipping delays.
