SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times
- In-stock items (yarn, fiber, accessories): Processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase
- Made-to-order items (t-shirts, apparel): 2-5 business days production + 4-10 business days shipping (total 6-15 business days)
Orders placed after 12pm PT are considered received the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Locations
Fiber Hustle ships to many countries worldwide. In-stock items ship from our shop in Bellevue, Washington, USA via USPS, UPS, FED-EX, and DHL. Made-to-order apparel items are custom printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Made-to-Order Items
T-shirts and apparel are custom printed by our fulfillment partner and:
- Have separate shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination
- Ship separately from in-stock warehouse items
- Are not eligible for free shipping promotions
Delivery Times
Actual delivery timing depends on the shipping speed selected at checkout, your location, and carrier conditions. Once an order is handed to the carrier, Fiber Hustle is not responsible for shipping delays.
